Meet Air Potter
Certified Holistic Health Practitioner · Wesley Chapel, Florida

I’m a Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, and my work begins with a conviction: your body was made to be well. My work is to uncover whatever’s standing in the way of your total health.
Your starting point is the free Foundations Assessment — a short online questionnaire that scores where your body is strong and where it’s asking for support. From there, the In-Office Analysis is where I bring together RBTI testing, iridology, and live & dry blood observation to see how your body is truly functioning — then translate it into a clear, customized written report and practical next steps you can actually live with.
I trained in traditional naturopathy at Trinity School of Natural Health and carry certifications in herbology, iridology, and more. I lead with the few modalities that bring your story into focus rather than overwhelming you — but nothing is wasted; it all informs your analysis.
Supplements and lab work, when they’re helpful, are made simple through Fullscript, so the path from understanding to action stays uncomplicated.

The Lens I Work Through
I’m openly, gladly faith-rooted. I believe you were never meant to be well in pieces — real health is the whole person: body, soul, and spirit, not one apart from the others.
Please Note
Milk + Honey Health is a traditional holistic wellness practice. It is not a medical clinic, and I am not a licensed physician. Assessments are offered as observation and education — they are not a diagnosis, prescription, or treatment of disease, and they do not replace care from your physician.
The difference between allopathic and holistic: Allopathic medicine — the care your physician provides — diagnoses and treats disease, often with pharmaceutical therapies. Holistic care works differently: it looks at the whole person and supports the body’s own God-given ability to be well. I use therapeutic-grade supplements and real, delicious food to strengthen that ability. The two needn’t be rivals — holistic wellness walks alongside your medical care, wherever it’s welcome.
