Conditioning Camps

We hold group conditioning camps for those who want to get in shape, at the most affordable cost possible. 


Our Conditioning Camps are 45 minute to 1 hour workouts which include:


-Stretching and Flexibility Work

-Dynamic Warm Ups

-Cardiovascular Training

-Strength Training

-Agility and Speed Work 

-Races, Relays, Competitions, and Games


Workouts change everyday. 


Each workout is only $10.


You can pay by cash or card. 


Please bring running shoes, water bottle, exercise clothes, and some expectation to work hard and have fun.
